“Interdisciplinary Experiment” is a collaborative project by Suzi Wu (dancer), Will Zorzos (composer), and Santiago Henderson (filmmaker). It was completed in the fall semester of 2018 at Simon Fraser University.

The camera plays in choreography, with vacillation between what is captured within the frame and what falls beyond it. Through image manipulation, this experiment aims at becoming anatomically disorienting with an unnerving effect, seeking the edge between observation and appropriation.

The music, composed by Will Zorzos is played twice, at first forwards, then backwards. The result is a piece that is much too long, but with its moments of poignance.
